Tatiana Suarez has an incredible story. From being a young, female wrestling star from the age of three, to UFC stardom.
Over the course of her life, Tatiana has always faced adversity, whether that was being a female on her high school wrestling team, or battling a cancer diagnosis while training for the Olympics at a young age.
We were fortunate to have an hour out of her busy training schedule. She goes in-depth into her family background and how Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was her escape to regain her physicality after her cancer treatment which led her to MMA, which allowed her the opportunity to compete on a UFC reality TV show. From there she has only continued to impress, and is now 9-0 and searching for her gold belt in the octagon.
